<p> In this exercise, you will reword the headings in a simple outline so that they tell a story. Not all RFPs give you the freedom to do this, but when they do it is a good skill to have. This same technique is sometimes used to create theme statements that run under the RFP compliant heading. </p>

<p> In this exercise, you will complete an outline that requires parsing multiple RFP sections and respond to questions about your outline. After each question or instruction, provide your response. You will also review your outline for completeness and accuracy. </p> <p> The excerpt is from a U.S. Government RFP, however the techniques used in parsing and interpreting are applicable to any RFP.<br>   </p>
