Format for submitting RFP questions

Your questions should be carefully prepared to ensure there is no misunderstanding

  • The Proposal Manager should collect questions, edit their wording to improve the chances of getting a precise answer, and review the list with the Capture Manager to determine which ones to submit to the customer.
  • Check the RFP to see if there is a deadline for when questions must be submitted by.
