Using AI to win more business is not straightforward. You can easily end up getting very efficient at writing bad proposals. Winning is not a simple problem with a single, easy answer. AI can help identify leads and qualify them. It can help salespeople sell. It can help with the proposal process, with proposal writing, and with proposal management. But people who look for AI to do their homework for them are going to be at a competitive advantage. It's far more important and useful than that. You can't train, assess, perform QA/QC, or maximize your win rate unless you are the leader. If you only use AI in the obvious ways, some of your competitors will use it to get a lot better and your win rate may actually go down, even though you're using AI!
