Monday, 13-May-2019

• Pink Team Recovery Plan - Phil will facilitate a team discussion in the afternoon to agree to a uniform structure for all of the PWS Mission Area proposal sections
• Self-Study Modules - we have three self-study modules: 8.1 covers writing to the RFP requirements, 8.2 covers Red Team writing and planning, and 8.3 covers interviewing SMEs (note that Module 8.3 will be posted Monday)
• Quiz - the Week 8 quiz offers you five attempts (highest score is the final score) and takes questions from discussions prior to, during, and after the Pink Team Review and the self-study modules for this week. The quiz opens Monday morning at 9:00 AM ET and closes Sunday at 11:59:59 PM ET. 

Tuesday, 14-May-2019

• Remote Work Day - you'll be working remotely on Tuesday on your PWS Mission Area proposal section and on your past performance citation, which now must be written in the Appendix L.2 Revised - Offeror Experience form, which is posted here
• Prepare questions to use to interview Len (sign up to meet with Len here)
• Meet with Bill Hinz, PEERCONNECT SME: John will prepare for and facilitate a meeting with Bill Hinz to develop the PEERCONNECT system diagram and overview narrative. All students must prepare questions for Bill in advance.
• Carrie will not be available for most of the day due to a client meeting, but please send emails with questions

Wednesday through Thursday, 15 & 16-May-2019

• Use the signup sheet to schedule time with your SME, Len - review Module 8.3 (Interviewing SMEs) before you meet with Len
• Work on your PWS Mission Area and Past Performance proposal sections
• On Thursday, Nick will present training on production for Red Team

Friday, 17-May-2019

• Group Workshop with Len - we'll have a workshop with Len to finalize our proposed organizational approach and PEERCONNECT system diagram
• Red Team Writing - continue working on your PWS Mission Area and Past Performance proposal sections

Quiz and Discussion

• Week 8 Quiz - The quiz opens Monday morning at 9:00 AM ET and closes Sunday at 11:59:59 PM ET
• Week 6 Discussion - There is no discussion this week, but Module 8.2 provides information on the discussion for Week 9

• The ORAU RFP and final DOE ORISE solicitations have been released (ORAU's RFP is posted here and DOE's RFP is posted here on the AES client SharePoint portal).
