Preparing for Gold Team and the Final Exam

Monday, 03-June-2019

• Virtual Red Team Recovery. Finish making final revisions and documenting your writer disposition for all red team feedback.

Tuesday, 04-June-2019

• Pens Down. Pens down for Gold Team at Noon
• Meet with Dan and Angela: Students meet with Dan and Angela from 1:00 PM ET - 3:00 PM ET.
• Module 11.1 - Gold Team. At 3:30 PM ET, we'll review the module on Gold Team. 

Wednesday, 05-June-2019

• Gold Team Cohorts. We'll divide into our Gold Team cohorts to conduct Gold Team.
• Gold Team Priorities. We'll document the priorities for Gold Team based upon time available and the critical actions that impact winning.
• Conduct Gold Team. The cohorts will conduct Gold Team for the remainder of the day.

Thursday, 06-June-2019

• Conduct Gold Team. If required, we'll complete Gold Team in the morning.
• Module 11.2 - Final Production and Delivery. We'll review the module on final proposal production and delivery.

Friday, 07-June-2019

• Final Exam. The final exam will begin Friday morning at 9:30 AM ET. You will have two hours to complete it. 
• Module 11.3 - Post Proposal and Protests.  In the afternoon, we'll review the module on post proposal activities and protests (due to scheduling conflicts, this module will actually be presented on Monday of Week 12).

• The ORAU RFP and final DOE ORISE solicitations have been released (ORAU's RFP is posted here and DOE's RFP is posted here on the AES client SharePoint portal).

• Post every single day and use version numbers and dates in your file names
• Finalize your red team recovery documents by pens down at 12:00 PM ET on Tuesday
• Attend the meeting with Dan and Angela Tuesday afternoon
• Attend all required modules
• Complete the final exam
