Monday, 27-May-2019

  • Memorial Day Holiday. No class.

Tuesday through Wednesday, 28 & 29-May-2019

  • Red Team Review
  • Proposal Writers stand down

Thursday and Friday, 30 & 31-May-2019

  • Combined Reviewer Consensus/Proposal Team Debrief - reviewers present feedback and deconflict opposing recommendations for the proposal team
  • Recovery Planning - proposal writers review feedback and develop recovery plans using the PleaseReview reports as the writer disposition action trackers
  • Uniform Recovery Planning - proposal writers will meet from 9:30 AM ET - 12:00 PM ET on Friday to agree to recovery items that must be uniform across all proposal sections and will present the final decisions to the instructor at 3:30 PM ET
  • Possible Amendment - We *might* be receiving an amendment this week - be prepared to prepare amendment impact assessments to respond to new actions resulting from the amendment - the amendment impact assessment template is located here
  • Page Limits - ORAU has indicated that there will be relief with page counts - we'll know more when we get the amendment

  • Week 10 Discussion - Due to work constraints, the Week 10 Discussion is canceled

  • The ORAU RFP and final DOE ORISE solicitations have been released (ORAU's RFP is posted here and DOE's RFP is posted here on the AES client SharePoint portal).
