• Cohort Past Performance Live Edits - You will meet in your cohorts today to perform live edits of your past performance documents - work to get into page count and resolve open issues
• Next Steps Review - we'll review final preparation next steps for Red Team
• Signup Sheet - Sign up for extended 1:1 reviews (here) during which we'll review gradebooks for the current period and review your PWS Mission Area and PP sections before final pens down for Red Team

Tuesday, 21-May-2019

• Finalize your two red team drafts for pens down at noon  - at which time the cohorts begin publications processes for Red Team at 12:00 PM ET

Wednesday through Thursday, 21 & 22-May-2019

• Cohort publications for red team (desktop publishing, editing, graphics, then pens down)
• 1:1s with Carrie

Friday, 23-May-2019

• Group Workshop with to Produce the Red Team Inbrief - we'll produce the Red Team inbrief - as soon as we're finished, we'll review all red team files to verify readiness for Red Team

Quiz and Discussion

• Week 9 Quiz - There is no quiz this week
• Week 9 Discussion - Due to work constraints, the Week 9 Discussion is postponed to Week 10

Where to find the Final DOE ORISE solicitation

• The ORAU RFP and final DOE ORISE solicitations have been released (ORAU's RFP is posted here and DOE's RFP is posted here on the AES client SharePoint portal).

• Post every single day and use version numbers and dates in your file names
• Signup to meet with Carrie Wednesday or Thursday
• Finalize your documents for Red Team pens down Tuesday at 12:00 PM ET
• Perform your Red Team publications role by the publications pens down by Thursday at 5:00 PM ET
• Attend the Red Team inbrief development workshop on Friday
