CRI is a small disadvantaged woman-owned professional services firm serving Government clients since 1994. We are headquartered in Tysons Corner, Virginia. We graduated from the 8(a) program in 2008 and established a Joint Venture with our Protege firm. We won STARS 1 and have now won STARS II under the JV. We have supported more than ten federal departments including the Department of Homeland Security (TSA). The US Department of Agriculture named CRI its Small Business of the Year in 2009. Our experience encompasses the full range of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) support. This includes requirements analysis, alternate system solution development, document conversion, migration, training and system disposition. Our client support encompasses Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC): contingency planning (e.g., Disaster Recovery and Cyber Incident Response planning, technical design services for facility countermeasures and new construction audits); Geographical Information Systems; Intrusion Detection Systems; and, Video over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems. CRI is a certified HSPD-12 Systems Integrator. All senior managers are PMP© certified
