Hi, I am Steve Robb.  I am 58 and originally hail from St. Louis, Missouri (Show-Me State.) I graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1975.

        I am an Independent Consultant with MBO Partners concentrating on Intelligence, Operations, Planning, Strategic Communication, and Organizational Design.  From 2005-2010, I was a Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton in Tampa, Florida, and was designated as the senior advisor to the Commander, Joint Intelligence Center, for the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) strategy and implementation planning efforts.  I have led a contextual and technical training team to instruct Multi-National Force Iraq in Baghdad on the Joint Intelligence Operations Capability-Iraq (JIOC-I).   I have been to Baghdad four times in the past four years.

        Prior to my career with Booz Allen Hamilton, I was a 30-year, career Marine Intelligence Officer reaching the grade of Colonel before retiring in 2005.   My last assignment was the Commander, Joint Intelligence Center, U. S. Central Command, from June 2001 to October 2004.   I directed the operations, training, and personal actions for more than 1225 personnel within the intelligence producing organization that supports U.S. Central Command wartime operations, crisis actions, and contingency planning.  From 12 Sept 2001 to 7 Oct 2001, I transition a peacetime organization to wartime footing in less than four weeks and design and executed a $1.2M Operations Center rehabilitation which facilitated more responsive, intelligence support to operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and Global War on Terrorism.

        I have served in Marine Corps, as well as Joint Service command and staff assignments from strategic to tactical levels.  One of my most interesting jobs was when I was the Director, Commander's Action Group (CAG) for GEN Tommy Franks, U. S. Central Command.  I entered the job 17 days before the USS COLE bombing.  I was able to travel extensively with him overseas, met many dignitaries and heads of state, and prepared GEN Frank's speeches and Congressional testimonies.

       I have a FANTASTIC family, Jean, my bride of 35 years; Steve (Sergeant USMC) 31, married with three children Steve III (5 yrs), Evan Michael (4 yr), and Haleigh Elizabeth (5 mo); Kelly, 28, is a cosmetologist in Florida; and Alex, 25, is a soon-to-be Police Officer with Tampa.  

       I enjoy life to the fullest, church, shooting, riding my Harley (2002 Electra Guide Classic) golf, scuba, and good ole fashion bar-b-ques with ice cold beer.
